“No good deed goes unpunished, as the old saying goes. After my infrequently worn expensive frames, purchased in the Northeast, snapped at the nose piece, Oliver People's asked that I return them to a certified dealer. Yelp led me directly to Eyeglass Galleria. Not only did Eyeglass Galleria go out their way to communicate with Oliver People's about my out-of-warranty frames and eventually procure a new pair free-of-charge, but they also did so without any financial obligation or incentive. To date, Eyeglass Galleria has received no remuneration from me. This act of kindness occurred in October, and I did not realize this exceptional behavior until recently. “Brand name quality glasses in such an excellent location. Always seem to have the perfect recommendations & styles for me, so I do not need to spend tons of time trying on so many glasses & can move on with my day. Excellent customer service & so knowledgeable! My family has gone there for prescription & non prescription glasses for many many years (another bonus is an eye doctor is right next store)! I consider it a hidden jewel in Miami Beach because its tucked into a shopping center off a busy Biscayne Blvd. definitely a great find though!”

“The most customer-centric optical shop I've been to. Ali and Charlie really took care of me when my glasses broke by the temple area. They even replaced the nose pieces on my backup pair I came in with. Moreover, everything was free of charge. They have a great selection on many trendy frames. A gem in North Miami.”
